A ROADMAP, SAID HONESTLY.
Two lanes, one shop, no payments anywhere on GitHub. Here is what exists, what is next, and the web3 ideas the labs keep warm, each with its compliance line attached so nobody has to guess.
// NOW
This hand-built lane: the original peel, the wrap-anything visualizer, the vinyl toolbox, three arcade cabinets, every archived era, and these experiments.
live · static · no paymentsThe Next.js site next door: a 3D van that wraps itself, the booth with the true-wrap engine, the counter that ends in a phone call, the lab, the arrival kit in English and Spanish, a proposal sheet for the counter.
live · static · no paymentsSHA-256 of every finished asset, computed in your browser and checked against the manifest both lanes ship.

Taylor's own before-and-after pairs, the shop dog, the hoodie. The placeholders are marked as placeholders until then.
waits on TaylorA folder she drops into; we import, regenerate the manifest, and the certificates stay honest.
copyright-clean onlyThe arrival kit says "translation in review" until a native speaker signs it off.
honesty mark stays until then// WEB3, HONESTLY
A design category, not a token: liveries for teams, projects and communities that want their colors on a ride. Printed vinyl, paid for like any other wrap, on the shop's own portal.
no payments hereno custodyno minting hereToday: a hash and, in the provenance experiment, a wallet-signed attestation that a design existed at a moment in time. Someday, if Taylor wants it: optional minting of layouts and colorways as limited editions, on a lane that allows commerce, never on GitHub Pages.
signatures onlyminting off GitHubChris's framing, in plain words: money is an exchange of energy between parts of one whole, and a transparent ledger can make that exchange visible and even fun. It is a philosophy the labs hold, not a product this shop sells.
a philosophyno promises// A STOREFRONT LANE, IF EVER
GitHub Pages' terms do not allow running a store. Both lanes stay showcases; commerce stays on the shop's own portal.
GitHub Pages: no e-commerceNetlify's free plan allows commercial sites; Cloudflare Pages is the other candidate. Vercel's Hobby plan is non-commercial only. Payments would stay with a provider built for it: a Shopify Buy Button or Storefront API, or Stripe Checkout.
