This site is a home online for Maestro David Amaringo — his art, his teaching, and his work with the Holy Earth Foundation. This page explains, plainly, what happens (and doesn't happen) with your data when you visit.

🌿 The short version

This is a static site. There is no server, no database, and no account system behind it. We don't collect, store, or sell your personal information, because there's nowhere on this site for that information to go.

📄 What this site does not do

• It does not use tracking cookies or analytics scripts.
• It does not have a login, account, or user profile system.
• It does not run any advertising network.
• It does not process payments, donations, or transactions of any kind today — see the site's Support David / Crowdfunding pages for the current, honest state of that.
• It does not sell, rent, or share data with third parties, because it does not collect any to begin with.

🖥️ What actually happens when you visit

Your browser requests static files (HTML, images, styles) from GitHub Pages, the hosting service this site runs on. GitHub's own infrastructure may log standard web-server information (like IP addresses, for security and abuse prevention) as part of operating that service — that's GitHub's practice, not something this site adds on top of it. See GitHub's own Privacy Statement for details on that layer.

If this site ever links out to an external service (for example, iamoneself.com or a future donation processor), that service's own privacy policy applies once you leave this site — this policy only covers what happens here.

📬 If that ever changes

If real functionality is added later — a real donation flow, a contact form, wallet-connect for the patronage concept described on /patronage — this policy will be updated before that functionality goes live, and it will say plainly what's collected and why. Until then, the short version above is the whole story.
