Purchasing PSILO Tokens

Learn how to participate in the PSILO crowdsale and become an early supporter of Ethereal Offering.

🎯 Overview​

The PSILO crowdsale is our opportunity to support the Ethereal Offering mission and gain early access to the ecosystem. PSILO tokens can be staked for governance rights, used in ceremonies, or held as an investment in the project's future.

📋 Prerequisites​

Before purchasing PSILO, make sure you have:

  • ✅ Web3 Wallet - MetaMask, Rainbow, or Coinbase Wallet
  • ✅ ETH for Purchase - Amount you want to invest
  • ✅ ETH for Gas - ~0.01 ETH for transaction fees
  • ✅ Wallet Connected - Connected to the dApp

💰 Crowdsale Phases​

Phase 1: Private Sale​

  • Price: $0.10 per PSILO
  • Minimum: 10,000 PSILO ($1,000)
  • Bonus: 20% extra tokens
  • Status: Whitelist only

Phase 2: Public Presale​

  • Price: $0.15 per PSILO
  • Minimum: 1,000 PSILO ($150)
  • Bonus: 10% extra tokens
  • Status: Coming Soon

Phase 3: Public Sale​

  • Price: $0.25 per PSILO
  • Minimum: 100 PSILO ($25)
  • Bonus: None
  • Status: Coming Soon

🛒 Step-by-Step Purchase Guide​

Step 1: Navigate to Crowdsale​

  1. Visit etherealoffering.org
  2. Click "Crowdsale" in the navigation bar
  3. Ensure our wallet is connected (top right)

Step 2: Check Current Phase​

The crowdsale page will show:

  • Current phase (Private/Presale/Public)
  • Current price per PSILO
  • Our bonus percentage
  • Tokens remaining in this phase
  • Time until next phase

Step 3: Enter Purchase Amount​

we can enter either:

  • ETH Amount - How much ETH you want to spend
  • PSILO Amount - How many PSILO you want to receive

The calculator will automatically show:

  • PSILO you'll receive
  • Bonus tokens (if applicable)
  • Total PSILO (base + bonus)
  • Estimated gas fee

Step 4: Review and Confirm​

Before clicking "Buy PSILO", verify:

  • ✅ Purchase amount is correct
  • ✅ You'll receive the expected PSILO
  • ✅ Bonus is applied (if eligible)
  • ✅ You have enough ETH (purchase + gas)

Step 5: Approve Transaction​

  1. Click "Buy PSILO"
  2. MetaMask will pop up asking for approval
  3. Review the transaction details
  4. Click "Confirm"
  5. Wait for transaction to complete (~15 seconds)

Step 6: Verify Receipt​

After the transaction confirms:

  • ✅ You'll see a success message
  • ✅ Our PSILO balance will update
  • ✅ Transaction will appear in our activity feed
  • ✅ You'll receive a confirmation email (if registered)

🔒 Vesting Schedule​

Depending on which phase you purchased in, our tokens may be subject to vesting:

Private Sale Vesting​

  • Cliff: 6 months (no tokens available)
  • Vesting: 12 months linear (tokens unlock gradually)
  • Example: Buy 10,000 PSILO on Jan 1
    • July 1: 0 PSILO unlocked (cliff)
    • Aug 1: 833 PSILO unlocked
    • Sept 1: 1,666 PSILO unlocked
    • ... continues monthly
    • July 1 (next year): 10,000 PSILO fully unlocked

Public Presale Vesting​

  • Cliff: 3 months
  • Vesting: 6 months linear
  • Example: Buy 5,000 PSILO on Jan 1
    • April 1: 0 PSILO unlocked (cliff)
    • May 1: 833 PSILO unlocked
    • June 1: 1,666 PSILO unlocked
    • ... continues monthly
    • Oct 1: 5,000 PSILO fully unlocked

Public Sale Vesting​

  • No vesting - Tokens available immediately!

📊 Viewing Our Vesting Schedule​

To see our vesting details:

  1. Go to "My Account" → "Vesting"
  2. You'll see:
    • Total PSILO purchased
    • Vested (unlocked) amount
    • Unvested (locked) amount
    • Next unlock date
    • Unlock amount
    • Vesting timeline chart

💡 What to Do After Purchase​

Option 1: Hold​

Simply hold our PSILO and wait for:

  • Price appreciation
  • Full vesting
  • Mainnet launch

Option 2: Stake for MDAO​

Convert PSILO into governance power:

  1. Go to "Stake" page
  2. Enter PSILO amount to stake
  3. Choose lock period (30 days - 4 years)
  4. Earn MDAO tokens (governance rights)

Option 3: Provide Liquidity​

Earn fees by providing liquidity:

  1. Go to "Liquidity" page
  2. Add PSILO + ETH to pool
  3. Receive LP tokens
  4. Earn 20% of swap fees

Risks​

  • Price Risk - PSILO price may decrease
  • Vesting Risk - Tokens locked for months/years
  • Smart Contract Risk - Bugs could cause loss
  • Regulatory Risk - Laws could change
  • Project Risk - Team could fail to deliver

Best Practices​

  • ✅ Only invest what we can afford to lose
  • ✅ Do our own research (DYOR)
  • ✅ Understand the vesting schedule
  • ✅ Verify contract addresses
  • ✅ Keep our seed phrase safe
  • ✅ Use a hardware wallet for large amounts

🎁 Referral Program​

Earn 5% of our friends' purchases:

  1. Go to "Referrals" page
  2. Copy our unique referral link
  3. Share with friends
  4. Earn 5% in PSILO when they buy
  5. No limit on referrals!

Example:

  • Friend buys 10,000 PSILO
  • You earn 500 PSILO (5%)
  • Friend gets their full amount + bonus
